Rockstar Driver App Privacy

Parsons Rocks operates the Rockstar Driver mobile application for authorized employees and drivers to support company delivery, transportation, time-clock, and fleet operations.

Information Collected by Rockstar Driver

When an authorized driver uses Rockstar Driver, the app may collect or process the following information:

• Driver identity and session information, such as the selected driver account, authentication status, clock-in status, and app session information.
• Location data, including precise device location while an authorized driver is clocked in. Rockstar Driver may collect location data in the background, including when the app is closed, not visible, or the device screen is off.
• Delivery and operational information, including driver status, assigned deliveries, yard-stock activity, timestamps, and completion information.
• Photos, including delivery photos, scale-ticket photos, and other photographs submitted by the driver as part of company operations.
• Device and technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the app, such as app version, device status, permission state, and synchronization or error information.

How Location Data Is Used

Rockstar Driver collects location data to enable driver location and delivery-status tracking while an authorized driver is clocked in, including when the app is closed or not in use.

Location information is used for operational purposes such as:

• showing dispatch where an active driver or company vehicle is located;
• supporting delivery and route status;
• associating operational activity with the driver's current work session;
• supporting fleet, delivery, and dispatch operations; and
• diagnosing location or synchronization problems within the driver application.

Rockstar Driver does not collect background location for advertising or marketing purposes.

When Location Collection Occurs

Background location tracking is associated with the driver's active Rockstar Driver work session. The app uses Android location permissions and a foreground location service to support location tracking while the driver is clocked in.

The device displays an ongoing notification when Rockstar Driver's foreground location service is active.

How Information Is Used

Information collected through Rockstar Driver is used to:

• operate and administer company delivery and fleet workflows;
• provide dispatch and delivery-status information;
• maintain driver time and operational records;
• document deliveries, scale tickets, and related activity;
• synchronize authorized information with Parsons Rocks business systems;
• troubleshoot technical issues; and
• maintain the security and reliability of the application.

Sharing of Rockstar Driver Information

Rockstar Driver information is used for Parsons Rocks business operations and may be made available to authorized company personnel and service providers that support the systems used to operate the app.

Information may be processed through services used by Parsons Rocks to operate its business systems, including hosting, cloud storage, mapping, communications, and related technology services.

Rockstar Driver location data is not sold and is not shared for third-party advertising purposes.

Data Retention

Operational records, photos, location-related records, and other Rockstar Driver information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, recordkeeping, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and other legitimate business purposes.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Authorized users may contact Parsons Rocks to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Rockstar Driver information.

Requests will be evaluated subject to applicable legal, employment, operational, security, and recordkeeping requirements. Certain information may need to be retained where necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Permissions

Depending on the device and feature being used, Rockstar Driver may request access to:

• precise and approximate location;
• background location;
• camera;
• notifications; and
• network connectivity.

Rockstar Driver requests these permissions to provide the operational features described above.

Security

Parsons Rocks uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect Rockstar Driver information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
